Sales and Marketing Internship

You will need to be a high achiever with strong character and ethical values, as you will be working with educated, analytical and thorough prospects. We are a friendly, fun, and yet a self-driven environment. Each intern is paired with an experienced representative that will mentor them throughout the entire program.You must be able to work hard day in and day out. If you don't like working in teams or have strong communication skills, this isn’t the position for you. However, if this does sound like you, you will want to make this “A-player” team.
Entry Level Sales

We have a friendly, fun, and self-driven sales environment. You must be disciplined and willing to work hard day in and day out. If you don't have strong communication skills or aren't highly persuasive this isn't the position for you. However, if this does sound like you, you will want to make this “A-player” team.

We're looking for a HR Generalist to operate within our HR Department. As we grow you will have the opportunity to spearhead, develop, and eventually oversee different parts of the department. We are looking for someone that has a strong sense of ownership, attention to details, and a proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute high volume of work with a sense of urgency meeting deadlines and goals. Must have excellent computer skills and the flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change.
Inside Sales Spring/Summer Internship

The Inside Sales Intern at Alta is an All-Star. Someone who is ready to handle hot leads and convert them into customers. They must be goal-oriented and willing to reach outside of their comfort zone to accomplish personal and team goals. They are eager to help as many people sign up for quality service as possible. They are trust-worthy and honest in their communicating and reporting. The Inside Sales Representative will be trainable and ready to hit the phones when their training process is complete. The rep will enjoy communicating with potential customers and build relationships to convey the quality service we offer. They thrive off of a positive team culture and like to have fun. They are able to handle rejection and apply training to overcome these lows in the position. They are professional and willing to get better every single day to make this a great position for their career goals.
