Customer Service Representative
$13 an hour (plus commissions, bonuses, and competitions)

Alta is located in Round Rock, TX with remote offices in Washington, Oklahoma, Kansas and Virginia.

Available positions (all positions 40 hours a week)

1. Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
2. Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
3. Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Experience

    • Some admin experience preferred but not required

    • All training will be provided

  • Dependable

    • Reliable, even if the weather/traffic is troublesome

    • Dependable transportation

    • Great work attendance

  • Personality:

    • Upbeat with energy

    • A smile and attitude that can be felt on the other end of the phone

Skills:

  • Google Drive

  • Able to work with a high degree of integrity and operate independently

  • Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment while staying organized and working efficiently

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to communicate clearly on the phone

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Type a minimum of 50 wpm

Job responsibilities:

  • Schedule Appointments

  • Answer emails and phone calls

  • Listen to voice-mails and respond promptly

  • Keep detailed notes within client accounts

  • Keep detailed reminder notes to communicate with clients

  • Take payments over the phone

  • Enter check payments

  • New account data entry
